This two-hour introductory course will dive into ethical protocols that are unique to interpreting in the legal setting.
Educational Objectives:
- Participants will be able to list a minimum of three differences between ethical decision-making that apply to most community settings but differ in the legal field.
- Participants will be able to identify the various filters used in ethical decision making process as it relates to the legal setting.
- Participants will be able to describe their role as an officer of the court and discuss how this role impacts their decision making process in a court setting.
